Fall Mini Sessions Are Coming!

September 14, 2015

Hello all!

Fall mini sessions are coming to San Diego… WHERE in San Diego is still a little up in the air as the expected El Niño has could certainly dampen the situation. We will do our best to persevere and still get those Fall portraits done though, right? I’d love for you to join me! Please email me if you’re interested.

Mini Sessions 2015 - Fall

Wine By Christmas Light

December 9, 2011

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Ev’rywhere you go;
Take a look in the five-and-ten,
Glistening once again
With candy canes and silver lanes aglow.

Wine By Christmas Light

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas;
Soon the bells will start,
And the thing that will make them ring
Is the carol that you sing
Right within your heart.

Tis the Season!

November 15, 2011

The holiday season is here and photo sessions are increasing in leaps and bounds. Here’s a sneak peek from Sunday’s session – expect the full post later this evening or tomorrow.

And let’s discuss the cuteness of the boots, can we please?

“All you girls stand up

Put your hands up
Come on lets rock
Gonna go all night
Gonna watch the dust fly
Show em what we got
Come on lets take a ride on top of the world
All you soul shaking heartbreakin little cowgirls”

Easter 2011 Preview

May 3, 2011

I’ve been sick with the flu for about a week now and my editing has been a sloooooooow process. Here’s a shot from Easter Sunday (right before I crashed and needed to go home and sleep for 24 hours).  It was lovely seeing all of my cousins. I can’t wait to finish the pictures.

Wrapping Up 2010

December 12, 2010

My boss brought her daughter to the Museum recently and we had a mini Christmas card session before visiting the exhibits. It was so fun getting to see her twice in one week. I’m hoping it means she’ll remember me at the holiday party next week. :) Here’s a preview of our Christmas photos.

Baby’s First Christmas

December 4, 2010

Princess Zyda is nearly eight months old now! It seems like just yesterday we took those newborn photos, doesn’t it? I was thrilled to hang out with her and Katy today and get some new pictures. We went with a Christmas theme and the little bug couldn’t have been more adorable investigating Santa hats, patent leather shoes, and snowflake ornaments (among other things). She did all of her tricks for us – sitting, crawling, and standing with some help. She seriously gets cuter every day – everyone should have a daily dose of adorable. It’s a good thing I work with Katy and get to see her somewhat regularly. Here’s the sneak peek from today – I can’t wait to finish the rest.

Christmas Cuties

December 1, 2010

I’m starting to sound like a broken record, but oh how they’ve grown! My baby cousins have grown up having the “family historian” constantly snapping pictures of them – whether they were eating, sleeping, playing, or smiling. Thankfully, they’re pretty good sports when I come to visit with camera in hand. Here are a few that didn’t make the Christmas Card cut – you’ll have to wait for that one in the mail if you’re on the list. :)

A Pirate & Princess Party

November 2, 2010

I went to a Pirate & Princess Party this past weekend at the Maritime Museum of San Diego. It was not, as you might suspect, for Halloween. It was for two Halloween birthdays and it was a blast. The pirates did a fantastic job. Jonnie Cakes provided some amazing cakes too. :)

Carving Up A Good Time

October 28, 2010

I’ve been really getting in the Halloween spirit this week. I ventured home for a fantastic Halloween party with family and family friends this past weekend. Yesterday, I carved pumpkins for the first time in years (yes, YEARS… tragic, I know) with one of my very best friends. It was a frightfully good time. I can’t wait for Halloween to get here.
